Bone-Loss Deception, Denial And Betrayal

Have you seen the latest "Actonel" TV commercial? They show a simple cartoon depicting the human spine as being "protected" by a vigilant Actonel which stops these *bad* cells inexplicably attacking the spinal column like little "dive-bombers"! The commercial says these are the cells that "Cause" Osteoporosis (OP).

WOW! Talk about going around your back-side to get to your elbow... in order to "muddy the water" enough to make a half-truth sound like the "truth," too. Ironically, this is because there ARE specialized cells to remove old bone and these can cause a reduction in bone-density (B-D)... so, a dishonest sociopath could, with a contrived and canted cartoon, make it look like these cells are the "cause" of OP... but they're not... not anymore than a gun is the "cause" of a particular death - no, the guy pulling the trigger is the CAUSE of death, remember....READ ON>>>>

New Weight Loss Drug Alli is Gonna make You Sick!
In never ceases to amaze me how fast the FDA is willing to toss consumer safety aside and lick the hands that feed it.

No doubt you've seen the newest weight loss drug Alli all over the TV making millions for its maker but unfortunately like most all other drugs, it doesn't work that well and can have harmful side effects.

The drug has only been proven to marginally reduce weight, and that is not enough to justify approval, we argued. Nonetheless, the drug received a green light from the FDA; we listed it as a Do Not Use drug in the June 1999 Worst Pills, Best Pills News....READ ON >>>>>>

The Worst Health Money Can Buy
One of the biggest myths about health care is that more is always better. Perhaps nowhere is this more evident than in the United States, which offers a cautionary tale for other countries seeking health care reform -- including those in Europe looking across the Atlantic for inspiration. The American people spent nearly $2.1 trillion on health care in 2006 -- more than was spent on food -- yet Americans aren't exceptionally healthy or long-lived as a result....Read ON...

Need A Cooker? Use Your Cell Phone

Many organizations including the cell phone industry often downplay the risk of cell phone radiation to the brain. Results from short-term studies were used to convince consumers that use of a cell phone is not associated with brain tumors or cancer, which only develop decades after exposure.

To be fair, no one knows exactly how much harm a cell phone can do to a person.

Recently, new media has reported a study showing the radiation from cell phones is so full of energy they can be used to cook eggs.

In the experiment, researchers placed one egg in a porcelain cup...Read More

New Energy Body Video in Member's Area

The foundational idea behind my fitness site is that to obtain otimal levels of health and fitness you have got to understand and act on the fact that your body is a collection of pure energy fields interacting with the rest of the universe which is also a vast collection of quantum energy fields.

Life = constant exchange of energy in one form or another.

I've added a great 7 minute video that does a fantastic job explaning the vibrational energetic nature of our bodies and the universe.

This video is now showing in the member's area.
