The Kahunka Pumpkin Workout Principle

A few days before Halloween this year I was rushing around and realized I didn't have time to make it to the gym that day. Not that I go to the gym every day but I was in the mood to get my muscles pumped so I started thinking of a way I could get a quick workout in the short amount of time I was faced with.

Then I noticed a pumpkin sitting on the bar so right then I decided to do a quick workout with the beautiful orange gourd before I cut her up into a scary Halloween party prop.
I filmed my workout which actually took about 10 minutes and then condensed the footage into the short video you see here.

Although some reading this may think it's rather comical that I used a 30 pound (give or take) pumpkin to workout with, I did get in a great gym-less workout with this unlikely weight and my muscles stayed nice and pumped for sometime after I was through.

This all brings me to the point of this Kahunka Thought Seed.
