Hi I'm Michael and I'll be your guide on the Kahunka Journey. You may be asking what the heck qualifies me to preach health and fitness stuff to you...and your concerns are justified to which all I can say is that I am not and nor do I look like a typical 40 year old guy.
I look and feel much younger than my age, hardly ever get sick and have a leaner, fitter body than most twenty something's and I've never juiced, ever.
I'm not trying to toot my own horn but the point is I've been a health and fitness nut for nearly 20 years and for the most part I really do practice what I preach on this web site.
I've read a gazillion workout magazines, watched many health and fitness fads come and go and have a freakish love of reading about all things health and fitness.
When I was 19 I read Think and Grow Rich which had a huge impact on my life.
The concepts in that classic novel are rooted in "positive" thinking and now with the recent popular "quantum" movement we are able to understand WHY positive thinking works and WHY goal setting works and WHY how and what you think plays a crucial roll in what your life is like.
Kahunka is a way that I can share what I've learned with those who are interested but it is also a learning experience for me as well so please share your thoughts and ideas with me as well.
