If you've read my disclaimer page you'll know I'm no fan of the AMA, pharmaceutical cartel or greedy Politian’s that line their pockets with bribe money they earn supporting legislation designed to benefit big pharma and in many cases endanger the health of an all to trusting public.

Just by chance two Merck stories came across my desk today the first coming from Bob Livingston about how Merck, one of the countries biggest pharmaceutical companies has allegedly known and intentionally kept from the public since 1989, knowledge that popular cholesterol lowering statin drugs like Zocar block synthesis of the all important antioxidant Co-enzyme Q10 which may result in heart damage and failure among other things.

The second story centers on the gestapo-style actions of Texas Governor Rick Perry issuing an executive order requiring teenage girls to be injected with a HPV vaccination made by...yep you guessed it, Merck.

According to NewsTarget not only did Merck contribute thousands to Perry's campaign but Perry's campaign manager Mike Toomey is now a key lobbyist for Merck!

On top of all of this there are plenty of medical professionals that believe the vaccine is bunk, as Mike Adams of NewsTarget puts it...

"The vaccine is absolutely worthless as a medical treatment according to top docs in the alternative health field, and in my opinion, the so-called "science" supporting the vaccine as the only prevention for cervical cancer is an outright fraud."
